The next best method would be using, \"popularity\" i.e. the Phase 2C or 2CS application trend as an indicator.

Son is registering next year for 2021 in take.
Been reading up different threads on P1 registration and decided to post a qns on it.

- Nan Chiau (1st Choice), Springdale, Anchor Green and Compassvale <1km
- Couldn’t do PV for Hokkien Clan cos ain’t Hokkien and Grassroot is full as well
- Have to rely on Phase 2C instead

Saw the ST article a few months back that NCPS had 235 applicants for 61 spots in Phase 2C (Does this mean it is encompasses all applicants regardless of distance)?

In the event that we can’t get into NCPS, does that mean we have to reapply for Phase 2CS? Or do they give you a list when you apply Phase 2C and the system allocate based on the priority that you’ve listed?
