from what I know everyone will be accommodated

that’s my understanding

but aside from that is they are considering our ethnic race (i think), so they will not accommodate too much of the same race in a certain school, so the chance that our children be assigned to school not that near to our home even though technically there some slot nearby.

I’m not sure about these though.
