We have been doing PV for a popular school and moved to within 1 km of the school. The school is so popular that even PV within 1 km may also need to ballot.

We have decided that if we do not get a place at P2B ballot, we will try again at P2C. But if we really so suay, and don’t get a place again at P2C ballot, may I ask what will happen then? Will my child just be assigned to any school within the area that still has vacancies? Or can I try to "salvage the situation" by appealing to my alma mater that is more than 2 km away, provided that it still has vacancies then?
