I’m currently staying in a SMC. My new address will be in GRC A and the school which is within 1km is in GRC B. Where should GRC or SMC to serve in?

Must we start from RC before going into CC? Or for GRL there’s only RC?

I’m just wondering if it’s possible to serve my RC I’m currently residing , however, it’s a different RC where the school is and I’m gonna relocated there as well.
