Just called the school and the person said we are 'confirmed in' after asking my distance.

so the stats are accurate.

Yes, I think you remember correctly, for 2nd child already S$3000 bonus before 9Aug2004, same as that for 1st child born after 9Aug04, both get credited to bank acc. 4 times with $750 each in a interval of 6 months.

Which school are you referring to? It is unlikely our balloting history is inaccurate because the information is taken from MOE's press releases.
