Read somewhere in the forum that the balloting is for 1 to 2km SG parents. Are u in this category?

See phtthp's post on GRL just above my post. GRL=Grassroots Leader.

Means you go volunteer at your local Residents Committee (RC) or Neighbourhood Committee (NC) etc. Do things for your community / constituency.

Your question is about how balloting actually works or how many pple will go for balloting?

CHIJ TP had 30 applicants within 1km - all safe. Only conducting balloting for 21 seats among 26 pple who live 1-2km.

How to ballot? It's like how toto balls are chosen. Read here.
