When I’m first start him on HYPY in a group tuition ,me too facing the same problem ,too many kids shout at the same time DS cannot focus.myself not good in HYPY so only way change to 1 to 1.its take 3 to 4 month to complete the whole thing much faster then group tuition.the result is better too.

Ds K2 classmates some much better then him,he is just average.

I’m just try my best not to waste my ds time!!!everybody can do what I’m doing now NO big deal!!really.

We r local not fm china.he just start P2 English with his tuition teacher and he is in P1 this year.he love reading.

My son in P1 this year but I let him do P3/P4 Chinese asse book,when he is k2,he join P2 tuition class.may be I’m kiasu cause I start him early as 2 or 3years old.he is in HYPY class on k1.i found 字宝宝 is very good when teaching.he finish P1 and P2 字宝宝 around end k1.but only 认字no 写.so when he start HYPY it’s easy for him.hope this help!!

How about theory?normally how long it take for a kid to clear one grade?within how many years can take grade 5 theory?

He finish 7 or 8 song out of 9 in grade 1,6 or 7 song out of 9 in grade 2,just play not master,finish all the scale for grade 1 and 2,and other songs..........I'm think with cd will be faster!!!now grade 3,he can play all the major,minor but a bit slow......

How long does he take to learn Grade 1 for all 7/8 songs ? and also grade 2

He only play but not master,take ard 2 mth for grade 1 include sight reading and all the scale ,grade 2.....he still play some of the song now but all the scale finish,part of sight reading....
