Hi baobei,
The centre is run by locals. Just mentioning that I don't have a problem with teachers who are not local unlike some parents who will consider this factor before deciding. The thing here is that as long as they are trained, qualified and experienced, I'm good.
As far as mother tongue is concern, of course there are chinese and malay assistance and guidance with regards to school work or revisions. Not to forget a native speaker who is currently doing their english reading programme.
So yeah, hope this answers to your questions.

Best Student Care Experience in Bukit Batok
Hi Concern Parents!
Since sharing is caring
I must share this with you.
My child is currently in Kowabunga! Education Centre and he's been there for 2 years now. I am satisfied with the programmes and the services so far. He obtained full marks for his spelling every week all thanks to the teacher's assistance and guidance. At least that's one pressure off my chest!
The teachers are trained and qualified and they educate the kids well, both holistically and academically. They inculcate important values in these students. (The kids are very well mannered and friendly!)
Being a very fussy and particular mother, I take customer service very seriously. Here's something I must add, Kowabunga! empowers good customer service! Thumbs up! They are warm, caring and they listen. These people lend you a helping hand anytime without hesitation. In addition, Kowabunga! has plenty of fun and interactive activities every single day. Kids especially love the Documentary/Movie play every Friday. Most importantly, my boy enjoys going there, he love his friends and he refuses to be fetched sometimes!
A 4 Star Experience!
In conclusion, I am a happy parent!

Personally, nationality doesn’t really matter to me as long as she has the qualifications and she educates the kids well, both holistically and academically. The teachers and staffs in Kowabunga! are very warm, caring, and they are very concern about the kids. Attributes you can hardly find anywhere else.
