hi parents, i am still quite confused by this new p1 registration framework and hope to get some advice. I understood that 20 more reserved seats will be allocated to 2c, making it 40 reserved in total. However, when i take this year stats as a reference, ncps already offered 64 under 2c. How does this affect their(and most pri schs) current 2c vacancies which are usually above 40 seats? or will this kind of bump up their average offering of 60-ish to 80 in that sense?

since i read that previous years the school will just upfront tell those who are Phase 2C >1km to try elsewhere, can i just say that largely those published application #s (200+) are mainly within 1km?

Thanks! Just visited a showflat and the agent said we can actually use the new condo address to ballot for 2c within 1km even if it has not TOP for us to move in yet. If yes means we don’t have to rent a nearby unit already. How sure how true is this?

May I ask if we are able to rent a unit within 1km of the school, and during the 2year lock-in period change to our official new house which is also within 1km? Reason being that the new place will only be ready somewhere in between the lock period…
