Yes, less baby girl and lower birth rate. My girl was one of those admitted for 2B this year - (1-2km). Really thankful.

Phase 2B day 2 - All below 2KM got in. Balloting for 4 spaces for those over 2KM. There’s 20 applicants over 2KM.
