how does the dsa work actually? so that means they should be good in sports, arts or a skill that the secondary school wants to recognise?

depends. you would be affected by the new ruling i presume as the sale process would take a while and the 70% ltv already started? if you have the money to hold, not a problem. but if you think the loan might be an issue with the new ruling, losing 10k might be something you have to consider.

club med bintan - food is so-so but very convenient for family with kids. best if kids 4 and up as there are the kids’ club so we parents can relax and don’t need to manage the kids until dinner time. should go with not gone before just for the experience. activities are the usual, trapeze, archery etc.

yup. i totally agree with you on this. most people are just unrealistic about their aspirations and cash flow in a nut shell. and high hdb prices, well that means while buyers are complaining, sellers are not. until they buy another property that is our of their reach. and best of all, if cannot afford, don't buy and this would help to push prices down.

I play viva pinata arcade and clone wars with my dd 5 years. she cant really control that well so i do the joystick while she mashes the buttons.


I want to play my own games but quite hard as my kids always around. so in the end, i just play fallout 3, dead rising, gta etc and give an online commentary that this is all just a game and we shouldn’t do those things we do with the characters in real life. so far she has not charged me with a baseball bat yet so all is safe and sound.

Ai yah, we don't need to stress our kids or ourselves too much. We are not expecting our kids to be top PSLE students, as long as they enjoy going to school, have good moral values, that is more important. I'm sure DLS produces many good lasallians.
