My girl scored 242. Very thankful. The school is indeed good. She was in diamond class and she especially enjoyed the science experience. Initially, was difficult but after practising with of course, some external tutoring, and the wonderful materials set by the school teachers. She managed to do it well, she even received a certificate for best improvement in her p5. I’m not bragging but just saying Thank you. Overall, don’t under estimate a school considering it quite neighborhood. Thanks

I’ve found from one of the thread about creative writing and I have engaged with her for a couple of months now, seems like my dd writing has changed slightly in structures and becoming out of the box so not too bad for a few months work. I’m glad to have such a sharing session with so many people with such wonderful experiences. Every happy everyone, hard work pays off. Sometimes, just thought it was challenging and tough to see children improve in their results. But after results are out and now, heave a sigh of relief after primary school years…
How to motivate? Sometimes I feel you need to break their resistance or find someone who uses a different method to feed the information? I got it for my son’s lack of interest in writing, friend recommended a different way to teach, I suggest go according to their interest and feed the information accordingly. Good luck!

Exactly!!! I am still struggling with her mathematics, at first for both maths and science. Science isn’t the question and direct answer anymore, we were told that they have to a certain words and answers to pass through and the questions are quite difficult to answer, then they mentioned about mind maps and concepts… omg… I told myself I needed help, and I did, got off my burden with helping her in applying concepts a d writing the particular words… then maths is all crazy… so difficult, I am still looking for a reliable and efficient tutor… help if any one has… Thanks in advance.

It never hit me how big the change in both subjects are and not almost readily prepared, I am struggling with my child’s studies. I am confused in coaching her science especially the way it needs to be answered but thankfully, I got someone on time good to guide her in answering and applying the concepts taught. However, I really help in maths, any has recommendations? ThankS!
