Would like to ask some opinions. We are SC, staying within 1 km for Kuo Chuan. Are thinking whether do we need to do PV as last year p1 registration for Kuo Chuan requires balloting for <1km at phase 2C?

Last year Indeed ballot <1km in 2C, most years did ballot <1km.

Not too sure how wll it goes for next year registration, and also not sure whether should we do PV.
