between Henry Park and Pei Hwa, which school will be easier to get in?

Thanks a lot. We are teochews so we are can’t join the huayguan. Looks like Pei Hwa got higher chance or maybe better cause my son is a tiger baby! Anyone know of any apartment within 1 km of Pei Hwa, let me know!

Eyeing Pei Hwa and Ai Tong…once we decide on a place, we will prob stay there for long, don’t want to move for his P1 registration.


Pei Hwa is in Upper Bukit Timah near my parents, and Ai Tong in Bishan near my in laws…

Is Terrene a new condo coming up? Do you know if it will be freehold? We are looking at King Albert Park, the only one within 1 km.
