My son is and has been with the ACS family for the last 8 years and attends their assembly and chapel(whenever-usually Once a week).till date I have not found him being pushed into following the service.initially in the p1 and2 years he would have ALOT of questions but our continuous stress to respect other faiths and teaching him more on ours quietened him and now he knows.I feel that if as a parent if u have taught him to believe in your religion, than as a teenager he should not be torn or you should not have the fear.parents have to do their homework first.

Any parent staying at bukit Purmei/telok blangah area and has daughter in the am session?my girls bus pics her up at 5.50am(Nojoke).wondering if there r any parents who know of private operators to ferry the girls to and from school.

Can someone suggest a good learning centre for Sec English other than Learning Lab.Learning lab refuses to give my son a place.Says that there is no suitable class for his level.(Son did his P6 eng there and then discontinued)He needs help in Eng.

Just wondering like most of you how and when will the boys sign in for their CCA.Did you hand in the green form-additional $4.20 for their sports injury plan.Wonder if you parents are feeling lost! :? So many grey areas!Are there any of you with boys taking chinese as a third language?[/url]

Oops!I forgot to mention the 1A books are the activity books and also she MUST have a reading book(story book)NO comics in her bag at all times.Last year on Tues and Thurs they had to have a MT reading book.I got my girl to have a MT book in her bag on all days.Noit easy asking a 6-7 year old to remember to bring her MT reading book only on those 2 days.They can’t read their textbooks too(except during exam period)

Hi my dd will be in P2 next year.For those parents with dd in P1 next year DO NOT WORRY!if she takes the school bus or if she is dropped in school by car she will be escorted to the hall by either a PV or teacher.When I look back I think the girls were MORE confident (I’m a big girl now attitude)than the parents(especially the DAD’S)Things to bring-Math 1A-Part 1,MT-1A,pencil box with max 4 sharp pencils,rubber,ruler.DON’T FORGET THE NAME CARD.Pin it on her uniform.The same one they had on 4 their orientation.If it is lost just get another one.Pack some snack for them.They will each have a P2 buddy.Happy new year to all!

Anybody has any idea what the COP are for the boys who appealed at ACS-I and were successful?Heard from some sources that there are boys with COP with 246 and were successful in the appeal.!
