Hi mummies
My son takes the bus back and he was often whacked in the glasses by his fellow P1 classmate who takes the same bus. Apparently the boy does not dare to do anything in class cos the teacher is fierce but gets funny on the bus. My dear son told me not to go school to handle this matter as he got ego and worried other boys will laugh at him when ‘mummy’ goes to school. He told me he will handle the matter himself and updated me last night that he had warned the boy that if he does it again he will tell principal. He will monitor and decides if he will go to the principal if it happens again…
So it is not just older boys I guess…with the recent article on a P2 boy being bullied, hope the school will pay more focus on this area and teach the boys to treat each other well. Think we as parents also must do our parts.

Hi Happy to Be Mum
Many thanks for the update. The blur boy is still settling in and may be a little overwhelmed :wrongmove: -

I believe the PAL program is the wed morning half day where they will learn some dance, puppetry, etc every semester. Think got to pay one. I am still at work, will go back and check the boy's bag tonight.
Btw, my son is in 1 Stephen and he told me there is spelling tomorrow. Can any parent confirm with me on this? And he is panicking as he may have left the list in school.

RE: St Joseph's Institution Junior
They are causing unnecessary stress to all at sjij! Really upset with the last min 2!!! Seriously they should be penalized cos their hearts are for acsj but they cannot face the risk...at the expense of those who genuinely wanted to apply at sjij....:(
