How the teachers of the school manage a noisy class? Was told that teacher will suddenly shout at the class to ask them to keep quite. Today I experience it when I walk pass the school. The Chinese teacher was very loud, the other time was a female teacher in english. Is this the correct or effective ways? Is there a more suitable ways to do it? I do not like my children to have this ideal that \"loud\" can solve problems. Furthermore it will scare some timid lower primary kids. I think shouting at them also consider bully to the children too. Any suggestions of useful ways to manage noisy class？
