Has anyone gone for parents volunteer interview before? Can anyone advise what questions will be ask and what preparation needs to be done? NCPS has called me for an interview, I’m happy and worry, it feels like going for a job interview.

Submitted PV for NCPS too, but hv not received any reply, Seems that the chance is quite slim as they need only 10PV and need to go through interview. But I heard that a few good teachers had left and the standard has drop, not sure if it's true.

Looking at compassvale pri school also needs ballot for phase 2C(<1km)
