To milkyway who responded, pls see my reply in your PM.Dear fellow parents, Toa Payoh area
Our two girls will be leaving their beloved piano teacher soon due to our family relocation. Their slots are in the early Sunday afternoon.
The girls have been with her for 3 years+. She is very good with children and was very popular when she was with a major music school chain, before moving to private practice.
It took a while for her to have slots for our girls. She can connect with children and keeps our girls enjoying their lessons with results. (Not a disciplinary type teacher)
She operates from a flat in TP Hub/central area. The kids will use a grand piano, in an aircon home studio. Lessons are 45mins and payable per 4 lessons at reasonable 'market rates.'.
We live in the west but will travel to TP for lessons as she is good with our girls.
Interested parents pls contact me for her details. Thank you.

Been following up on some of the above recent posts.
Agree that teaching and performing don't usually go together. Teaching leverages much on communication skills. -

RE: All About Life Without Maids
kudos to mabelmamama! good maid is an oxymoron these days.
my neighbor just went without. discovered their maid of 7 yrs who just left stole money & their kids’ 3 laptops! somemore same religion as them. my bro in law’s maid of 1 year decided to change employer - good luck to her, she won’t last 1 month in my home! they all want jobs that only involve walking the dog.
To add to straffan23’s advice,
7. For Thermomix, contact an agent & go see the cooking demos, then decide. Or, consider more steam dishes that can use the steamer multi-tray, or broiled & baked dishes where the mess is contained in oven.
8. Buy a Borsch dishwasher to do the dishes. You can order cheaper d/w powder & rinse aid from iHerb.com
9. Housekeeping - Electrolux cordless vacuum stick is good. Cordless makes it accessible to use more! Observe how wind blows, keep windows closed if can. -
