I need some advice in getting some IP cameras to monitor my maid and my elderly parents.

Recently, a Vsecure company’s sales personnel came to my house for a free demo of ip cameras. He suggested to place a rotating camera on my shelf above the tv in living room and mount a still camera at my kitchen to monitor on live.

He even shown me on iPhone and iPad of how to rotate the camera manual, auto and even the preset mode. The image is very sharp and clear enough to see the face. The live streaming very fast even in 3G streaming. The camera can support 32 sd card to store recording. The motion detection is best feature I like as it able to take a snapshot when there is a motion and will auto send the photo to alert me via email.

They send me a quotation. The price is reasonable. The rotating camera cost at $288 & the still camera is $168. Total is $456 with free installation and configuration. It also comes with lifetime technical support. Dunno true or not.

Does anyone bought the camera from Vsecure or have any bad experience of this company service?
