RE: Trying out as a Property agent
they try to upsell you. this is only one e.g. - one of my clients, she could only afford a certain amount, so i was helping her look ard. then i had to go overseas for 5 days and she went with another agent who didn’t listen to what she could afford, got her to sign the docs and when i came back, she called me panicking, ask me how to service loan. alamak, i already work out how much is your max and u go buy a house few hundred thousand more and u ask me how? so i told her to ask the agent she bought from to help her settle.

Calling mums with kids 8 yrs and older!
Hi,
I'm always online checking for ways to get extra $$ and i came across this:
http://www.jobmarket.com.sg/forums/showthread.php?t=42371
it's a focus group discussion and u can either get $90 or $120 for a 2hr discussion. unfortunately i can't apply cos they looking for mums with kids older than 8 yrs and mine is only 2
anyway, thought i'd share cos i've done these focus gp things and they're quite fun and easy money

RE: Trying out as a Property agent
hi, i tried it out once…still a property agent actually, but yeah, it’s not easy if u’re not fully committed. i’m also a bit er…too honest for my own good so it’s hard for me to close a deal if i think there are problems with the unit. also, it’s not cheap to "try out", u’ll have to pay all the courses that CEA now insists u take so it’s a few hundred dollars, plus CEA’s registration fee plus a lot of other fees also few hundred dollars. I don’t think i will be renewing again cos there are too many "sharks" out there and too difficult to compete with them (unless u’re a shark yourself i guess).

hubby bought a car polishing one. i think it was at some marina yacht club. he was quite pleased with the outcome and service.

RE: All About Vacuum Cleaner
hi, i have the dyson dc22 and it’s great! i’ve had it for a couple of years and never had a problem with it. it sucks up dirt and dust so quickly, it’s amazing. very powerful and relatively easy to clean. i’m a big fan of dyson vacuum, even have the handheld one, the dc34 which is fantastic as well.
