why is the feedback in SJC bad or rather no one seems to know about this school? I came to know this school through a girl who is in Sec 1 this year. Went to do some homework and it seems quite near from woodlands as there is a direct bus. but when I asked around anyone know CHIJ SJC, no one heard about it. sigh… how bad is the bad? what were the police case about? if no convenient, can pm me and let me know please? I’m looking for a convent school for my dd but woodlands has nothing. St Nick no chance and it’s quite far for us. Pls advise if possible.

I have been trying to clean away the particle on the shower screen and scrub away the black moldy silicon. tried so many ways for the shower screen. use magic clean, cif, amway all-in-one purpose, one special stain remover. it looks ok when you wash it but after it drys up you will see the spots again. i’m very particular about mirror and glass. I like to see spotless on the screen. so i really want to get the spots away. even my windows, am trying to get the magnetic window cleaner. cannot find. if you know of anywhere which i can buy, pls let me know.

A : We generally do not encourage parents to bring along their children (especially very young ones). This is to avoid any possible conflict of interest that may arise in the course of volunteering. If you have any concerns in this area, you may wish to discuss this with your centre’s volunteer coordinator."

I thought visiting to the children’s home is more suitable for our own kids. They will appreciate how fortunate they are and to care for the less fortunate. play with them and show them more love. on the children’s home point of view, maybe it’s true that the kids in the home might feel jealous in a way.

I was wondering if anyone know of any organisation where an adult and kid can do volunteering work. like the old folks home or children home. I check the children society website, seems like they do not encourage young ones. they only indicate 15 yrs above type.

DD is P2 this year. she has been talking so much about wanting to help people when she grow up and now she is always so helpful. I have been wanting to do volunteer work myself but didn’t have the time. since dd has the interest, am checking if there is any organisation encourage kid at such young age. we can volunteer our time over the weekend. if anyone knows where I can check out with, pls let me know. thanks!

what is marriage? marriage is tiring. marriage is about sacrificing and compromising. marriage is not about changing others. but why do men expect women to be different?


if you have children, you can’t break a marriage. one has to continue pretending nothing happen and go on becos of children. we can’t choose our own life any more. whatever we do is to show and do for others. we have no more dignity. if one to choose to break up, fingers will be pointing at you. but why has it always be one sided? why when problem arise, the other party will keep saying will try to make it better. if you don’t give him chance, he and others will say you are unfair, you are not giving him chance. how many chances are we suppose to give? how long do we have to endure? by giving one too many chances, nothing will improve. we will be immune towards it. by giving him chances to say "will try", it’s become a habitual to use it after quarrel. if one try, I’m sure the same issue will not happen again. if one say for the sake of saying, definately the same problem will keep coming back.

after all these years of marriage, now I fully understand why there is homosexual relationship. think it’s better for a homosexual relationship to avoid having differences in opposite sex.

sometimes I feels that only when we die than we can find out if there is really people who appreciate and treasure us. that is the only time when you will miss someone.

what if in the first place she didn’t want children all along? so leave it to the husband then since he is the one wanted children.
