Hi, I would not recommend icr at hillion mall. I overheard a conversation between a parent and the centre staff, apparently her boy was left alone in the public toilet, his teacher brought her class to the toilet and left without him. It was horrible, I cannot imagine how the child felt.


What’s more terrible was the staffs’ attitude towards this matter. Seems like they have no protocol for such incident and they sounded like "nothing happen what…".

Anyway I removed my boy from the centre immediately. Since such incident is not treated seriously by their staffs, I wonder what is serious to them.
