Since your DC is confirmed a place in the school, you can just ask the teacher whom you get the acceptance letter from. She should be able to advise you which class your child will be going. As for PE Attire, there is no PE Attire team. All kids are wearing same type of PE Attire.

There must be some misunderstanding here. I think West Grove is not as bad as what you described. The new Oral format did not specify that no series of pictures can be used. Though there may be a number of pictures there, but they are linked to a common topic which is the title of the oral. It depends on how you present your oral. The focus for new oral format is your view of the topic instead of the pictures itself. If you continue to decribe the pictures there, of course you can not score well. Teachers are not just teaching one students, they have one or even more classes to teach. We can not just simply put the blame on the school or teachers. As parents, we should also play our part to reinforcement kids the change of the focus for oral.

Hi, any parents with kids in P4? Do you have any idea where else we can find Science text book and workbook for Energy? School bookstore has no stock till now. Popular Jurong Point is selling 3rd Edition. However, teacher requested them to buy 2nd Edition only.

In general, the school is still a good school, and most teachers are good. Just that maybe this is a letter from MT teacher who may be from other country like China.

As updated by some P3H kids, P4H will change Form Teacher next year.

No more reshuffle after P5. so one more round of banding and change of classmates at end of P4, then will stay on till PSLE.

There will be only two classes banded based on Maths and English results for P3 next year. The best class will be 3G.
