Good point but what if bully's family retaliates? Doesn't believe that their kid is bully? Fyi, experienced this myself unfortunately. Felt so helpless and unfair

Yes, agree. Might take a few explaining for them to completely understand something that's why its important that we have extra patience for our kids. Better if we also show that we do/practice what we teach them.
