      Hi

Does anyone have the answer script for this assessment book? I lost mine. Would greatly appreciate it if you could share the answers. Thank you very much.

I’m planning to go Kaohsiung, Taichung and Cingjing in late Dec this year. For those who’ve been to Cingjing, I would like to know how’s the weather in Cingjing like in Dec. Will it be very cold?

      Thanks in advance.

      Hi

Just wondering do you go to Japan free and easy or on package tour. If free & easy, how do you overcome the language barrier?

      Thanks.

Has anyone used the anti-nausea motion sickness wristband eg. Sea-Band, for your kids before? Does it work?

Worry that DS will experience motion sickness when going for Milford Sound tour or whale watching cruise etc.

My kids are 10 and 6. Can still hide them, haha. Would save an average of $80-$130 per night on accommodation, which translates to about $1200 for our upcoming NZ trip end of May.

Firstly you must choose the right type of room - 1 King or two double or twin room – the room size is different, not just the number of beds

Most hotels do accommodate kids below 12 even if you don’t indicate but above 12 is safer to indicate so that they may prepare roll in bed in advance if needed.[/quote]

      Hi Pirated,

      Thanks for your reply.

Just to cite an example. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment which can accommodate up to 5 pax. The rate per night is $281 for 2 adults and 2 children as compared to $234 if I only indicate number of adults.

I don’t see any reason why the nightly rate must be higher when children are included since I’m already paying for the 2-bedroom apartment .

Out of curiosity, when you book accommodation, do you indicate the actual number of people staying in the room eg. 2 adults and 2 kids? I noticed that the room rate per night can be substantially higher when I indicate 4 pax as compared to 2, even though the room has 2 double beds which can accommodate 4 pax.

Will the hotels/motels check the actual number of guests staying in the room?

      Thanks.

      Hi

I’m planning to go SI in late May for 2 weeks.

For those who self-drive, may I know if you booked the rental car online before your trip or when you are in NZ?

Has anyone booked the self-drive tour packages from travel agencies eg. Chan Brothers etc? Please share your experience.

      Thanks.

      Any reviews on Anchorvale branch?

I called them up to request for the 2015 timetable as I plan to enrol DS for P4 Chinese. They told me that the classes at Anchorvale are not confirmed and kept asking me to sign up for Seletar Mall.

      Anyone signing up for Anchorvale?
