In phase 2C, If applicant is more than vacancy. The balloting will start for within 1 km n than 1 to 2km correct? Will those PV that can’t get in earlier phase n also stay out of 2km fall inside this 2C balloting? No offen for PV but Jus wana know my chances of balloting.
