Hi, i sat for o level in 2014 and my L1R5 is 12, after deduction of cca points. I am planning to go JC,these are the JCs i have in mind, JJC,PJC,Serangoon maybe. Do tou think i should try CJC? The cop is 10, i want to go science stream. I can get into both JJc and pjc without problem but i need to know which one to put first. Anyone has experience or knows anything about these 2 jcs can you please share them? Thanks. The most important is to be honest about these JCs even if they are bad. I would like to also know the percentage of students getting into university from these jcs. Hi , I'm Joanne ! A physic and chemistry tutor . It depends on what your child would like to major in uni as well as whether he/she is able to cope with the demand of pure science.

There are many course in uni that require 2 H2 sciences and to be able to study 2 H2 science , quite a number of JC require their students to study pure science in secondary school.

You can pm me to let me know more in regards to your child interest as well as his/her study habits. If you have his/her EOY paper, you can scan it to me so that I can have a better idea on your child's strengths and weaknesses in sci. From there we can explore if it's better to change to combine science or drop a.maths .
