I think they are looking for those parents who can really commit the hours, their requirements is 60 to 70 hours, for those who can contribute in very specialised area will be welcome too eg. webpage design, able to teach students in specified areas etc.


Above are my own feel and opinions, guess the main reason I am selected is because I am a homemaker and there are people to take care of my kids when I am away.
