I mean one can get examiner that not within expectations.

If one is "lucky" enough, may get 1 angmo teacher as English oral examiner.

Is your child prepared to be stared by angmo with big eyes?This happened to my dd’s batch.

How about Chinese? One may get a strict teacher/famous book author as Chinese examiner.
Most of the time, day 1 oral is more manageable.

　　

Currently,more than 70% score A/A* in Chinese under the old system. So most able to score between AL1 to AL4 for Chinese.

For the other 3 subjects,national quality passes(A/A*) are usually around 40+%.

Last year a few secondary schools’ principal came to dd school to give talk. Be it you are from best or last class all attend the same talks.

The HODs and senior teachers not only taught top classes but bottom classes as well. 100% passes in PSLE.
VIPs like doctor, film maker etc are invited to give talks. There is a graduation ceremony for the PSLE students. The principal shakes hand and took picture with all P6 students.

Dirty ticks to say goodbye to old staffs:

-This month retrench staffs then the next month employ younger cheaper staffs.Now we need people again.
-Transfer staffs to another subsi company, all benefits restart. If retrench these staff no need to pay as much.
-Make retrench staffs sign resignation letter, so no need to pay retrenchment benefits.

Not to worry too much. Monkey babies are smart and know how to handle challenges.

They will not let a small setback to bring them down.

Talking about 人善被人欺, the other day I was queuing for taxi then an old woman came. I let her take the taxi first.Then the next taxi came a tattooed man ran to the taxi. I told him I’m in the queue and there’s a cctv infront. Vulgarities start coming out from his mouth and walk away. He thought he got tattoos I will afraid of him.
