Thanks, BigFoot and phtthp, will advise friend accordingly. I had thought that the MOE rule about appeal was for after the Sec 1 posting results are released, and not before. Glad to clear things up here.

For RI, there used to be a supplementary intake whereby boys who received WL (which did not convert to CO) can appeal to RI (assuming not DSAed to other schools) after release of psle results and BEFORE the Sec 1 posting exercise. Anyone knows if this intake is still valid and in practice?
