In 2011, balloting was conducted for those in the 1-2 km category. Other than that, P2B seemed safe (i.e. no balloting).

Why don't you apply with SVPS at P2A2 first and monitor the situation for BPPS at P2B?

was thinking of doing that, but to do that i must apply on 1st day 15th July at SVPS than cancel the application on 16th or ???

You can do that. If you are not sure of your chances in West Spring, then register your child in 2A2 in the cck school, then wait till noon of the third day. Call the school and ask for the numbers at that point. By then you will have a fairly good idea of your chances. Then make a call. If you want West Spring, then rush down to cck and withdraw your name and rush to WS to register.


But based on BCPS I can tell you the first year may not be full under 2C. Most community leaders in the bukit panjang area usually use their 2B privilege to get into BPPS. In BCPS, until 2011, everyone who registered got in.
