When my kiddos fall sick, as long as they still have appetite, i'd usually allow them to eat normally.

Me too.

Even for hubs.

Sometimes when even we adults fall ill, we have those sudden cravings for food that may be deemed unfit for someone feeling under the weather. I remember having to cook chilli crab for hubs, when he had fever/flu because he said suddenly craving for it after his nap. He got so much better the following day.

Beats me.

Never underestimate the power of \"comfort\" food.
