A friend of mine and her cousin will switch from NYPS to RGPS this afternoon. sigh…I am hoping they do not do it…but how can i dissuade them???

A property agent friend of mine said his team alone brokered 10 rental deals within the Shelford area over the past few months. He told me most parents have girls and are gunning for RGPS. Seems like competition for RGPS will be very tough even for 1 KM.
