My 1st child is an ex-student of RS school, is it possible to register my younger one under phase 2A2 first in RS then try at PC school (nearer to home) and later withdraw from RS If succesfull got into PC?

My kid will be P1 next year and staying behind Poi Ching <1km. Am not a PV, no siblings there. Am I under P2C category? What are the chances of getting in?
