• RE: Retaking of HMTL O levels in J1?

MotherHen:
It's a C.

A1/2 - A
B3 - B
B4 - C
C5 - D
C6 - E
D7 - S

-from a jc student who did h1 Cl last year.

Does anyone know if the above is still valid, ie, how O levels HMT grade is reflected on A level cert?

Your A level cert will only show the papers you sat at A levels in one sitting. So it'll only show your H2 subjects and H1 subjects. Your HCL paper will be reflected in a separate cert as O levels.
Can anyone confirm if this is true for IPstudents taking HCL Os in 2016?(HCL Os in 2016 is a completely new format)How come the previous posts mention that O level HCL result is reflected in A level cert?

• RE: All About Ballet

Hello! I just wanted to get a sensing: is it common for teenagers(around age 16-18) to start ballet even though they are beginners? (The kind of classes with grades, not the adult beginner open class kind). I've checked it out, and the school will place her in a class with her age group (or maybe down a grade) like grade 4/5. My dd (17y/o)is joining purely for leisure and to learn a skill, and the exams are not that important to us.

Is this common? Any thoughts? Can anyone share their experience, whether they've been in this position or know someone like this? The school I'm considering is Dance Pointe, but if you have an experience with another school, pls share as well! Thank you! šŸ™‚
