my 1st one also dragon baby. I’m considering either Sembawang Primary school or canberra primary school. both are within 1km. Difference is 5-mins walk to sembawang primary school and 5mins walk to bus stop to take 1 direct bus which stop right in front of canberra school.


Any good advice? if within 1km, do i still need to go for PV?
