I understand that every school in Singapore is considered good. However, when it comes to ranking, many people focus on popularity and reviews, especially during the primary school registration period. As a parent, you naturally want the best for your child. I noticed that Cedar Primary, ranked in the 70s, has a 100% acceptance rate at Phase 2C. On the other hand, I’m also considering YangZheng Primary, which is ranked in the 30s.
I’m unsure what factors contribute to the rankings and why some schools are more popular than others. I’m concerned about making the right choice for my first child by selecting Cedar Primary, even though it’s close to our home in Bidadari. I worry about potentially missing out on a better school option, which will also affect the choice for my second child in the future.
