I am looking for a H2 chemistry private tutor (1-to-1) for my son in JC1. Any recommendations?

Not looking for tuition centres because he gets distracted easily and lose focus.

Just submitted the form. After so much deliberation over the IP schools, DS feels more comfortable with the O level program so we will support his decision.

SJI is further from our home as compared to VS & CHS.

Between VS and CHS, which school is more “nurturing”? I have heard a lot of feedback that IP students may have difficulty coping in the initial year, and would prefer a school which is less harsh and teachers are more caring/patient.

Any comments if CCHM is a school that stretches a student’s potential, both academically and personal development?


How is the school’s O-level performance?

Any comments between CCHM and VS, other than the difference that CCHM is SAP and gives more attention to the Chinese language.

Anyone has comments on VS culture, the students and teachers? Academically, I know it is one of the top schools.

Are you able to share any further info on the school eg. culture, teachers? And what are the school hours?

Anyone has information about TJC? If the kid subsequently is not able to cope with the IP standards, is there an O level class for such students within the school or he/she needs to transfer out?
