Will Ip schools for year 3 ip admission require psle score or just secondary 2 scores?

Hello, I am a secondary 2 student here, I want to transfer to a better school (IP if can)

My grades for PSLE and secondary 1 are above average, but my secondary 2 results are really good with almost all subjects with a average of A1 and 80%+. Additionally, I have a achievement in my CCA for a sport. Is it possible to transfer to a better school or a IP school?
