Dear all, I am FTWM and have a son who is 4.5yo…He refused to be toilet trained. Passing urine is fine, he will tell us that he needs to. But for passing motion, he will not tell us the need and he will pooped in his diapers or underwear. He can tolerate wearing the soiled underwear or diapers without any complaint. Whenever we mentioned to him abt his poo-ing, he will flare up and have a meltdown.


Now I am getting so stressed and at my wits end, because the school complained that he is the only one in class not able to do so. And if this goes on, they will want him to attend a half day school instead. Any recommendation to any therapist or what I could possibly do? We tried bringing him to toilet to sit down regularly, but he can sit there for half an hour without output. The next moment when he’s out of toilet, awhile later he pooped.
