janjanmum - ncps pv is open. it is correct. they re-open for 2007 born till Mar. Seems like selection in Apr. If u stay within 1km, still worthwhile to do. If you stay 1-2km, do have contingency plan. If u stay more than 2km like me, u may wan to reassess your plan.

pressing panic button. My hubby just checked out this morning at the Nan Chiau Primary for my gal born in year 2007, and understand that registration for PV just open. But saw from many that it had closed. Cross finger, pls advise!
