Seniors here can advice? my sista wants to apply for PLMGS this year under phase 2c living 1-2km . wonder if there is any fighting chance at all?

Last year, those staying out of 1km no chance at all or phase 2c. No balloting with 1km for Singaporeans. All got in with an extra application. But as there's a set of twins in the application, that saves us from balloting and all got in.

With Minton now up, there maybe a chance of balloting even with 1km.

Good news. Just called up. Appeal successful. No balloting. I a bit kiadu. Can someone call and double confirm for me?

Letter from school generally means accepted and giving you the orientation date, at least that was the letter i got for my boy.

And no matter how I try, she not able to let me meet the principal. She also confirmed got a pair of twins
