Btw, which school is your DS from?

I notice that XueLin’s compo class doesn’t expose the kids to Compo writing every week. From what I found out, they will do Compo for 1 week, Oral for the next, and then Compre for the subsequent lesson. Hence the pupils only the chance to write Compo once every three weeks on the average and IMO this isn’t sufficient.


Any parents with kids in XueLin have any comments re this please?

Does anyone know for P3, what percentage of the mid-year marks will be allocated to the final year exam results, and used to determine the class allocation for P4?

Got to know about the "2 pencil" restriction in the P2 SA2. Does anyone know the logic here?


Shouldn’t the kids be spending their time doing and checking the paper instead of having to worry about sharpening their pencils?
