Hi, may I know if Certificate of Merit is the same as Certificate of Participation for Mathlympics 2021 since all participants advanced to the final round together this year?

I believe cert of merit is one rung above participation. However very few schools participated in mathlympics this year so IMHO it is not particularly useful for DSA
