My mom who is my boys caretaker since he was born lives in Toa Payoh. I am hoping to apply for PV at St Andrews Junior this year as my son is born in 2016. I checked online as see my mum place is not within 1-2km even though it’s just a overhead bridge across and a short walk. May I seek your expert opinions if I have a chance. Also any previous parent who have got successful placement as a PV to share what skill sets were preferred and if there is a template that can be shared for reference pls.
