In situations where there are two or more students with the same rounded aggregate score vying for the last place in a school, they will be posted based on their citizenship status (i.e. Singapore Citizens, then Singapore Permanent Residents, then International Students). If there is still a tie, say between two Singapore citizens, the one with the higher unrounded aggregate score will be posted into the school first. If there is still a tie between two citizens with the same unrounded aggregate score, then posting into the school will be determined by a computerised ballot where each student is given an equal opportunity.

I want to make a suggestion. reserved vacancy for phase 2B and 2C should be made 10% of total vacancy respectively. because some schools have more total vacancy like 300, they should provide more reserved space 30 for 2B and 30 for 2C. some have few total vacancy like 150, they may provide less reserved space 15 for 2B and 15 for 2C. if MOE really wants to be fair for 2B and 2C applicants, then reserved vacancy based on percentage is fairer rather than reserving 40 from all schools.

But its so far![/quote]From what you described, I guess you are not a qualified PV or SHHK member, you won't be able to enroll your DD to chongfu during phase 2B.

Based on past year records, balloting would only be conducted for <1km during phase 2C. So even you sign up during phase 2C, you won't stand a chance to qualify for balloting because you live >2km.

so you can forget about chongfu.

if you live <1km from northland, you will be able to qualify for balloting during phase 2C. based on last year record, your chance to be selected is 1:2. if you failed, you will enter phase 2C supp.
