tried to fried prata with our new HappyCallOrcher Pan last Sunday... turns out quite successful

The prata is not oily and is very crispy...
we are still figuring how to ctrl the timing better next time

hohoho..after reading all these post, I also bought 3nos Ocher pan from SGS on 17thOct and received on 25th Oct evening. LOL, but now i was a bit lost dunno what to do first and what to cook first...
