My dd took inline skating with skateline, she is in her 12th lesson now and she can skate with ease and confidence. She took a small group class with her classmate and his friend so encouragement from her friends' presence helped a lot.


We also bought gears from second lesson onwards.she didn't like it initially because she couldn't balance and she is the timid sort. But we are quite glad we pull through.

I will be moving to punggol in a year? Waiting for my bto to ready

Maybe giving gingko nuts and maybe dha capsules may help if she’s not too young

Oops I feel like I’m one those bad moms who keep my dd occupied with gadgets especially when driving or at big dinner group when adults are more into the dinner conversations.


Sometimes they serve as a distraction when we mummys need free hands, but too much distraction isn’t surely a good thing. Pros and cons I guess.

I created this account in 2010 but only got around to posting now.


I have 2 girls, 2008 and 2011.

The older one is currently attending piano class, Sunday school and learning skating lessons. She just started on her swimming class and is showing her reluctance to go foe swimming, which is her usual pattern. Haha
