Opinion please - I called up a school 5 times at different timing (first 4 call no one pick up, manage to get through on 5th call. I got my question answered. After 5 min, I got the call from the school again. The staff or boss?? First question is questioning and kind of complaining to me saying she had been trying to call me and her boss MSG her 6th times cause she haven’t call me back and what is it regarding that her boss need to MSG her so many times to reply the call? And she is telling me she is very busy and altos of things to handle? There is a guy still waiting for her for 30min at the counter. Lastly, she said so she actually attended to my call earlier on and she is going to tell her boss she attended to my call.

I call back and ask her why does she needs to tell me all these? And what’s worse, in the end, I may continue the lecture and she is busy. If nothing more, she is going to hung up.
Can people please enlighten me, is there anything wrong with calling again when no one pick up? Or am I doing something wrong? Or am is this the school attitude?
Highlight- it is a school at bugis, they are selling mostly digital piano and teach by hearing
